60 Days Post-Move Monitoring We stay involved after move-in. Early attrition is the single biggest cost in senior living operations. Our 60-day follow-up significantly reduces the risk of a family leaving in the first two months.

Before founding Tribeca, Prateep worked across India, London, and New York in global banking — that cross-continental exposure shapes how he thinks about building systems and organisations that actually scale. He also co-founded CuraFoot, applying the same platform thinking to personalised foot care via 3D printing.

Tommy co-founded Tribeca Care in 2013 and has led it as CEO through every stage of its growth — from a Kolkata startup to the most trusted eldercare platform in Eastern India. He is based in London, and that is not incidental — it is central to what Tribeca does. A very significant share of Tribeca's families are NRI families managing a parent's care from the UK, the US, Singapore, or the Gulf. Tommy understands that world intimately: the distance, the guilt, the difficulty of making consequential care decisions from 5,000 miles away. That connection gives Tribeca a credibility with the international segment that no India-only operator can replicate. In 2025, the John Armitage Charitable Trust named him a Churchill Fellow — one of the UK's most competitive research fellowships — to study how the world's best eldercare systems are designed and run. That research flows directly into how Tribeca advises partners building new facilities.
