It is an exclusive, well designed and well planned 85 units (+/- 10%) of Boutique Independent Senior Living / Retirement Homes, meant for people above 55 years of age, within a larger Gems neighbourhood. It is an abode of warmth, peace, tranquillity with all modern amenities & facilities in a serene environment that one may need; of which 50% units are wheelchair accessible and the whole community is wheel chair friendly.
Is the property being sold or leased?
Keeping the mental thought process of having an ease of mind, when the property is owned by self, Gems Tower has embarked on sale model. The unit size and the price point have been kept in such a manner that the project does not hurt the pocket of the home buyers. The property may be resold or leased/rented to Gems Group or any third party by the home buyers.
Will pets be allowed in the complex?
Elixir - AVI respects the sentiments of the pet lovers. Being a close knit community it is likely that other Resident may have allergies etc. from some animals which are normally housed as Pets. The Residents being advanced in age could possibly suffer from low immune system. It is because of above constraint it is advised to all Residents not to keep Pets in Gems Tower.
